Our Process

Learning Exchange provides a full-time focus on the administration of Title Services

A Partnership

Learning Exchange staff and teachers are true partners within collaborating schools and local educational agencies (LEAs).  Working with Learning Exchange takes the guesswork out of program decisions related to extremely complex Federal funding requirements.

Learning Exchange is dedicated to developing life-long learners out of each student, preparing them to achieve academically through integrated learning methods and consistent benchmarking for success.  Partnership with Learning Exchange is fundamental to the success of both students and staff of participating schools and LEAs.

Ongoing communication is one of our top priorities. Our partner schools value quarterly onsite visits from additional Learning Exchange staff, and the personal connections between Learning Exchange and school leadership.

A Quality Team

Learning Exchange was founded by an educator; its program development led also by a former educator.  The experience of not only our teachers and educators, but our administrators and officers, is first-hand and essential to the proven success we’ve had when partnering with educational institutions.

When you partner with Learning Exchange, you’ll receive regular team meetings with Learning Exchange teachers to promote continual sharing of best practices.  You’ll have opportunities to share real-world experiences from different schools, discuss plans of action, and collaborate on solutions for barriers to student achievement.

A Path To Success

Learning Exchange believes a better education starts with valuing educators.  LE offers to all instructors the opportunity to continually advance their training and broaden their skillsets through professional development.  Courses, lectures, classroom observation and certification programs across the city and even across the country encourage professional growth and development for instructors, ultimately creating a well-rounded educational experience for all students.

A Plan for Implementation

Establishing programs and remaining in compliance is no small task. To set the program up for success, we first develop a custom implementation plan with focused input from stakeholders.  A Learning Exchange plan typically includes the following:

List of outcomes and goals
Timelines for execution
Roles and responsibilities
Required resources
Implementation monitoring process
Outreach strategies

From here, Learning Exchange staff determine strategic initiatives that will ensure a beneficial partnership within the school and district, and will implement the detailed process as outlined.  Communication will be consistent throughout; Learning Exchange forever working in tandem with your school, never autonomously. From there, efforts will be in maintaining and surpassing important benchmarks, and ensuring consistent improvement.

Learning Exchange is dedicated to developing life-long learners out of each student, preparing them to achieve academically through integrated learning methods and consistent bench-marking for success.  Partnership with Learning Exchange is fundamental to the success of both students and staff of participating schools and LEAs.
