Learning Exchange views closing achievement gaps as our mission, and it all begins with a highly qualified educational team. Learning Exchange Title Teachers are trained to provide goal-oriented, targeted instruction to best meet the individual needs of every qualifying student.

As a Learning Exchange Title Teacher, you have the ability to truly make a difference. Small group sizes, diagnostic assessments and specific curriculum provide Title Teachers with the tools to identify the individual needs of each student, as well as deliver high quality intervention.

Learning Exchange Title Teachers use technology as an instructional tool, as well as a reporting tool. We use 1:1 computing to help facilitate a blended learning approach, which allows teachers to ensure all students are engaged in learning that is related to their own individual goals. Progress is monitored through online tools and is communicated with all stakeholders (Administrators, Classroom Teachers and Parents) during school reporting periods and upon request throughout the school year.
