The objective of Tile IA, IIA and IIIA services and the primary goal of Learning Exchange is to help children gain the knowledge and skills necessary to meet challenging academic content and student academic and social achievement standards that set them on the right path for future successes.
Learning Exchange provides a full range of educational assistance services and benefits to nonpublic school students and educators through The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015.
Management of Title is complex and complicated to administer without a full time focus. Learning Exchange works alongside the educators in our partner schools to administer these programs and support the school to provide children with a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality and well-rounded education.

Our services allow teachers to work toward continual improvement and refinement of their professional skills as an educator.

Learning Exchange works with our partner schools to bridge the gap between federal opportunities and classroom needs.
