"I am a big picture person who likes to discover paths toward continual improvement. As Director of Supervision, I strive to be forward-thinking and to develop new ways to standardize, simplify and streamline the processes and systems we have in place to get the work done. Student achievement is our ultimate goal, and if I can make the administrative work easier for my team, it translates into increased time and attention spent toward meeting that objective."
