"As a Title I In-School Supervisor I get to use my talents in educational technology to help teachers improve instruction in small group settings to engage students who struggle in math and reading. The position also challenges me to continue learning how to use data to improve student success. This new position can be demanding but seeing the growth of academic improvement from our students is the best reward of the job."
