Liana Balzer, Title I Program Implementation Specialist
Liana graduated from Illinois State University wtih a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Education. She taught and substituted for two years in grades K-8th in Illinois before moving to Wisconsin and working for Learning Exchange. Being with the company for 7 years, as a Title I Teacher and Utility Player, she is currently the Title I Program Implementation Specialist. She is responsible for overseeing the Professional Development Trainings and Parental Involvement Programs for each school receiving Learning Exchange Services.

I feel very fortunate to have a job working with teachers who want to better themselves as educators, as well as providing them with new professional learning skills. The Parental Involvement Program has given me the opportunity to offer parents information that enables them to become an integral part of their child's educational process."
